An American in Paris: Sourdough baguette which holds a good amount of succulent roast ham. The radish and watercress add some spice, as do the accompanying sweet potato chips. Sweet pickles on the side help it all go down beautifully. $12

salmoncakesandwich

Crispy Wild Salmon Cakes: Two sliders about 3 inches in diameter, filled with a crispy breaded salmon cake, an equally crispy coleslaw and chipotle aioli. The salmon is wild, in keeping with all of their organic products. All the sliders come with tater tots on the side but you can substitute – and the vinegary, tomato and cucumber salad seems just the right partner for this. $12.95
