Boot Campaign is a charitable organization dedicated to promoting patriotism for America and the military community. They raise awareness of the unique challenges service members face during and post-service, and they provide assistance to military personnel, past and present, and their families. Retail sales of combat boots, apparel and mission-focused merchandise, general public donations and corporate sponsorships fund programs that support military families. Started in 2009 by five women from Texas known as the Original Boot Girls, the Boot Campaign began as a fun photo-op and turned into a national movement funding more than $2 million into the military community each year.

Leeann Tweeden
An active spokesperson and ambassador for the Boot Campaign, Leeann has completed a record of sixteen USO tours traveling around the world, including fourteen visits to Iraq and Afghanistan. She proudly wears the signature silver-boot dog tag from the Boot Campaign, in honor of her military serving husband who just completed his twelfth deployment. Leeann’s involvement with the Boot Campaign grew from a celebrity boot shoot in 2011 to supporting and co-hosting numerous Boot Rides, Emcee of the Boot Brawl (2014) and posting photos of the boots on her social media practically every day.
While working as a hostess at a Hooters restaurant in Colorado, she won first place in the Venus International Model Search. This break led to national exposure and to Leeann modelling for Hooters and Venus International, along with Frederick’s of Hollywood and Playboy.
Tweeden was a correspondent for Fox Sports Net’s Best Damn Sports Show Period from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, Tweeden became the third hostess of the NBC late night television series Poker After Dark. She has also appeared on the political discussion series Hannity, as a member of the “Great American Panel” and occasionally appears on the panel of the early morning program Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld. She is currently working on Fox Sports 1’s UFC Tonight, with Kenny Florian and Ariel Helwani.
Leeann has always had an interest in helping others. In 2009 she became the public face of the website Autism|Rethinking Autism, which uses a series of videos to educate the public about autism.
